Getting started

👋 Welcome to MeetingLog
Here's all you need to know to get your first meeting out the door.
1
Set up your project
Give your project a name, number, and address. This appears at the top of every exported meeting sheet.
2
Add your team
Add owners, architects, contractors, and subs under Contacts. They'll appear automatically on every meeting's attendance sheet — add once, done forever.
3
Create your first meeting
Hit + Meeting in the top bar. Log action items by section, mark attendance, and export to PDF or Excel when you're done.
💾 Save often. Your project is a portable .mmproj file — click ↓ Save Project and keep it in Dropbox or a shared drive so your whole team can access it.
